My wife's PC had issues with CPU overheating. Ware Repair was able to confirm the liquid cooler had failed. The were able to replace the part and get it back to us later that day. I have no problem recommending them in the future.

I'm happy to say that Ware Repair is the real deal. Our experience with them matches those of so many others who have reviewed them positively here. We called about my wife's 2012 edition Macbook Pro and were able to drop the computer off at Ware Repair less than an hour later, late in the day. The next morning they called us back with a proposed solution (new trackpad) for $99. We said yes, and less than an hour after that, the computer was done -- and it's been working great since. Nice, low-key people here. And the diagnostic was free -- even IF we had decided to do nothing. Instead, for $107.49 (the total after sales tax), my wife's Macbook is back in business. I'm impressed all around with Ware Repair. Highly recommended.

So, I have an older laptop and have been thinking about getting a new one since my old one has been acting up. I am a college student so I wasn’t too thrilled on forking up the momey for a new laptop...then I went to Ware Repair and not only did they make it faster than it ever was before, I mean really fast, but they also noticed my coolant system wasn’t working properly and fixed that up too! They did it at an affordable cost and finished it in an afternoon, long enough for me to go to school for class and come back. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of Ware Repair for a couple of years now. Ware repair has been a life saver for me. Often times I am in a rush needing a device or a repair. Ware Repair has never let me down with their timely service and cheerful attitude. I bought my Apple I Pad from Ware Repair, my friends were jealous of the great price I paid. Since that time I have gone to them for computer repair, cell phone service and more recently I updated and bought a new lap- top from them. I have only praises to sing about the truly superb customer service in have received. I have also purchase the Ware Repair service plan. Their plan is very in-expensive and with this plan I am totally worry free. They cover all my devices, I can choose to drop off my laptop or they can simply log into my computer and fix it on line. I highly recommend Ware Repair.
