What was the best part of the experience?

Watebe wa very professional in regards to South Korean market and had great responsiveness during the campaign period. We've done Naver SEO, SEM, IG&FB sponsord Ad and influencer marketing campaings for a year and suceeded in genreating new leads and increasing brand awareness. The team always gave us the prompt response and did their best to communicate with us if we had any questions or concerns about the campaign. Also since they had an experience with large budget and long term campaings, they were professional when it comes to strategy planning and budget management.

What would you change about the experience?

Nothing much since the Waterbe team has done a great work during our 2021 digital marketing campaign.

We had a great experience with Waterbe last year and will also conrinue this year's campaign with the team. The most easiest part working with them is that they overlly manage all the marketing serivces including content creation so basically we don't need to find other agencies. Also, even though it is not directly related to digital marketing service, Waterbe helped a lot giving us various advises reagarding the Korean market. I highly recommend Waterbe agency
