I have ordered several custom speciality items, including an engraved cutting board, wooden gift box and outdoor metal plaque. Each item was done perfectly and arrived within the quoted time period. Not the least expensive place, but by far the best quality. I have used a "chain store" engraving company at my local mall in the past, I was not pleased with the quality. So glad I gave Wausau Engraving a try. Far better quality.

We wanted a special exterior memorial plaque to hang on our patio... they were incredibly helpful; gave us good ideas about scale, size, type of materials and how to hang... and it arrived beautifully done, on time. Well worth the time to work with them and while it is a bit of an investment, it gives us peace and comfort every time we look at it and read it.
