My husband and I choose Wayne Homes because they were not only willing but eager to help us customize our home. They were also able to work within our budget to give us a quality home. The big surprise came to us during the building phase. We were expecting some kind of set back and frustration due to all the horror stories told to us by friends and family who have built with other companies. On the contrary, we didn't experience any major set back or frustration, they were very organized and clean! Wayne Homes made all those friends and family members wishing they built with them.
