Absolutely the worst post office on the planet. They are rude, slow, and lazy here!! Zero people skills!! And they don’t have a drop box so you get to wait in line for 30 mins behind the old ladies trying to figure out what heart stamps they need just to drop packages off. I leave here so angry every single time I’m come here!! Why can’t there be a customer service place just for the post office so they have to be accountable for their crappy terrible service like every other business?? Oakbrook post office YOU SUCK!!

My experience at this location was awful! My husband and I drove a half an hour to this location and I believe it was the manager of the facility was helping us with getting passports, let’s just say we walked out not doing anything. He talked to us like we were children and didn’t help us at all as well as not being helpful with a package we were trying to send. What horrible customer service! Do not go to this location!!!

I went to simply find a package that on the usps site said was sent a few times so I wanted to find out where it was. I waited in line 20 min and to the side 40 min to be told they couldn't help me and leave my name and number would call me still haven't heard anything still horrible customer service I don't like reviewing negatively ever but nobody should waste over an hour of their time

I walked in with printed labels and boxes to be shipped. First time I was planning on shipping anything using USPS, previously I used exclusively FedEx and UPS for all shipping. Typically with FedEx and UPS I walk-in bring the labels they label it package it and take the package from you with a smile on their face.My first experience with USPS, a guy by the name of Maneesh at the counter he looks at the package and has a look of confusion and says sir tape this label on the box and seal the box and then we can ship it for you. I asked if there's any tape that I could use in his answer was yes but you have to buy it...

I've been to a usps facilitiy MUCH busier than this place. Yeah they work slow but they will try to accommodate your passport application. This facility will push you to get an appointment online for next week just because they are busy attending 3 people. Don't waste your time to walk in on this facility. USPS please rotate your employees to different facilities when people in the front are LAZY!
