Im very much someone who feels for the homeless and wants to do everything I can to help having been in a relationship with someone who was made homeless I contacted framework as I needed advice not only did I not get any good advice other than spend your last £100 to book a hotel for the night which is shocking the staff where rude never phones back and far from sympathetic. I should also point out that I raised my complaints with framework after my exoexperie to try and help them if anything by offering feedback only to be told someone will look into it and get back to me that was 10 months ago still no one has like I say shocking service I'm a for someone trying to help the homeless but having tried desperately for help and advice from this comocom in my hour of need to be treated the way I was I hope no homeless person has to go though it
