Heather is quite clearly fantastic at what she does. Heather could see that I needed some serious help with my marketing strategy, (I didn't have one or know where to start) She sat me down and we had an impromptu 1-2-1. This resulted in her giving me the tools to create a marketing strategy and template to determine who my customers were and how to find more of them. Heather was incredibly enthusiastic, encouraging and explained everything in a way that I understood and I came away from our meeting feeling enthused and finally had a clear understanding of what I needed to do to organise my marketing campaign in a more effective way.
