Even though this business had many many five star reviews, we were still wary as we have learned not to trust reviews (at least not completely). But in this case, the five starts were well deserved!! They came promptly, were very professional and knowledgeable, and the tech was fast (even though they charge by the hour). Tek-Mate is going to be our computer fixer from now on! Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I just ordered parts for a new build and didn’t get a single screw lol I called and they let me come in and dig through the stores spare parts for the screws I needed. Free of charge! You guys are my new heroes. Thank you!
