This rogue trader has supposedly been liquidated, but is using loopholes to continue 'trading'. Note this is also TAXICODE, and various fake taxi firms related to it.Avoid anything associated with any of them!!! Never use this, dreadful 'service', if you try it you will regret it and be out of pocket and left in the lurch.

Booked a taxi to collect from Gatwick that never turned up. Two weeks later still waiting for my money back. Also found £25 taken for a subscription to Taxicode I did not ask for. AVOID.

Pile of rubbish was charged a £24 admin fee and they cancelled taxi for my 14 year old son and asked to rebook £42 taxi for a 15 min journeyNEVER USE

Never use Taxicode! Terrible service avoid at all cost, was charged £53 for a 14 mile journey which was then handed over to a 2nd local taxi company (very helpful but wrongly informed) who had only been paid £5 to take us 1 mile to the wrong location. We were then double charged another £52 and had to pay the taxi company £12 on top for the of all this correct journey. When we complained we were told that there would be no refund as we were cancelling the use of this crappy service. No services were provided by this company and we are now taking action to ensure that no further money is take and a full refund is given.

Last Thursday, 16 March 2017, I have booked a taxi to collect a relative from East Croydon. 30 min before picking up my relative an email was sent to me saying the booked taxi was cancelled. However the money was still transferred from my account.I called the taxi company in order to find what happened and nobody could tell me the reason. I was told to contact this company. In the meantime I rebooked another taxi and made the payment and still no taxi collect my relative who stayed in the station on her own.Until today i have been trying to contact this company to be reimbursed but with any luck.
