Not even a website designer. Can't or won't do the work. Will not supply references. Required upfront payment which I never heard of from any service provider. Big red flag. Once he had our money, his work was done. Which was no work at all. Con man and thief.

Stay away-dishonest (took thousands of dollars of our money and provided nothing at all) incapable of building a website. Does not listen or respond once he has your money.
