ProsNo politics, Salary on time, Management knows your capability.Don't try to fool CEO of the company. He is smart, really smart. If you have done some mistake admit it , correct it. Don't create a story.Employees are friendly, but even if you get any problem with any other employees talk to HR or management they are helpful not biased.Only your skill will save your job not boot polishing.ConsSome times you get overburden with work, But it happens everywhere. You need to improving on your skills rather then blaming and shouting.
