I was told 3 weeks for a website. Charged $500 up front and $500 at the end. 4 MONTHS later, they gave me a squarespace made website instead of the custom one they promised. They also refused to communicate throughout the process. They never informed me I would be responsible for the monthly squarespace membership to keep the website up. The contact form on the website was sent to the wrong email, and they did not change it after saying they would. This potentially cost me 1000's of dollars in business. They have been HORRIBLE to work with. I spent 2 hours building a new website on squarespace and have disconnected the one they built just so I could get away from them. Don't pay these people anything when you can EASILY do what they do on squarespace. This is a sham.
