We hired Web Semantics after we had a disgruntled employee locked us out of our CRM server. Miguel was able to reset the administrator password and regain access to the server, not only did he gain access he made suggestions on what network policies should be implemented in order to avoid this problem again. We're glad we called Web Semantics and we will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

Estava teniendo problemas con mi computadora y se estava freezando y se apagava sola. Le lleve la computadora a Web Semantics y me la arreglaron dentro de dos dias. Mi computadora es mucho mas rapida que cuando estava nueva, los recommiendo a cualquier persona que tenga problemas y no entienda ingles, porque no solo hablan ingles pero tambien espanol que es de mucha ayuda para personas que no entienden bien el ingles aun. Despues de esta experiencia los sigiremos utilizando mas tarde en el futuro. Gracias Miguel!

We began using Web Semantics because they were highly recommended by a business associate who also was utilizing their services for years, we were constantly having problems with our computers and network being slow and in some cases not responding which was causing employee productivity to drop dramatically. Web Semantics was able to troubleshoot and fix the problems fast and even provided their own equipment to avoid us having to be down for a week while we ordered the new network appliance. We highly recommend them, their level of professionalism and casualness is a pleasure to work with, we had lots of questions and the technician was patient and very informative, didn't make us feel or treat us like we were idiots at all which was a nice thing!
