Had a broken laptop screen when I brought my computer to them. When I finally had a chance to fire it up again after the repair, I noticed the screen seemed very washed out on the top and bottom. In light of the 90 day warrantee on used screens, I’ll take it in and have it replaced again here soon. I’ve since run into another problem regarding the OS itself and am considering this business for file recovery and OS reinstallation.Beyond that, they are stunningly responsive and patient, and highly communicative with their customers.
