I contacted webacom about a year and a half ago seeking a third party for a credit card fraud dispute. I was a victim of a fraudulent company who claimed would build me a website for my business that cost me thousands of dollars to “develop”. They ended up disappearing with my money. I was advised to find a third party to prove that this company did not do what they said they were going to do to get my money back. I had called two other places before webacom who did not want to help me. When I contacted Jay and his team they told me to come in and tell them my story. I had never been to a business with such honest and giving people. With their hard work and efforts I would have not won my dispute and gotten back $4,500. Ever since I have been using webacom for my business websites and I couldn’t be happier. Jay and his crew are ALWAYS there to answer questions and get the job done, fast and efficiently. So incredibly happy with our new pet company. We had the Webacom folks create a logo, website and full e-commerce for us. The dog in our logo is actually our own dog Bella! All we had to do was send a pic and they hand drew it. Very happy with working with Webacom.
