I've had my company and personal insurance with Banks Insurance for at least 25 years. Because of the nature of my business and with a fleet of 30 plus vehicles and trucks we've had a few incidents. Our claims have always been handled with the kind of professionalism that you would expect. The staff at Banks Insurance has always handled my account extremely well. From policy changes to Insurance certificates and all other aspects of our coverage, Banks has been great to work with.
