As a business owner and entrepreneur for 35 years I am definitely what you would call 'old school'. When it comes to marketing your business and getting noticed, my comfort level and experience has always been door knocking and telemarketing. These days to try and find a true salesman to 'cold-call' is nearly impossible while telemarketing and newspaper is all but dead. What do we have left? Direct-mail, bulk-mail, radio, TV and events which are trade-specific are all effective to a degree but have limitations such as cost, audience-targeting and no long-term effect. And then there is the person at the other-end-of-the-phone, usually from some 'far-east' country telling me, "don't hang-up, your company is not getting noticed on the internet...you need to be on the FRONT PAGE OF GOOGLE". What gibberish! If I was paid minimum wage for the time spent listening to all the solicitations I have received from these so-called, Google-Gurus, not to mention designers of websites, social-media buffs and of course, SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION marvels, I could take a real nice vacation.While the internet is powerful and has the capability to grow your business, where do you put your investment? When I stumbled onto the folks at WebCitz, I felt like I had returned home to the farm-type atmosphere where I grew up. The typical sterile and cold feeling you commonly get from most consultants of this nature is simply not present with these guys and gals. While they have vast knowledge way outside of my wheelhouse, they explain things in lay-terms so I am not made to feel like a dumb-dumb in front of them. They take my knowledge and experience, which I have a lot of, and massage it and 'pull-out' the relevant pieces of data which I do possess and put it to use in a way which I do not understand and frankly, do not need or want to understand. They just do what they do, very professionally, efficiently and quickly. They get results and are fair with pricing and there just are no wasted movements. This is a team that has the capabilities you would expect to find in Cupertino, CA mixed with the warmth and friendliness that just gets lost with the internet, frankly. In short, these guys are great and with WebCitz you get the best of both worlds.

What can I say about this company? These people that work there? Unbelievable!! It doesn't matter when or why you call, they will help you. The other part of that statement is: I never have to call them! They made a web site for us that works 24/7. But if I do call they actually take care of it right then. I've had people say "Well...we'll get to it..." Not these guys. Quick; smart; helpful...what can I say? They got it all. We've been in business with them for about five years now. Webcitz was super easy to work with! After a brief discussion on what I wanted complete, they provided me with a quote of 20 hours. After implementing the project I had 19.7 hours used, pretty dang good accurate. If I needed to speak to someone, they were available. If I wanted to do some of the work myself but didn't know how, they were willing to teach me. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I will continue to use them and purchase more hours for future things I want done. I would recommend to anyone. Big shout out to Timm and David! Thanks guys!!!

We have been working with Webcitz for many years and should have written this review long ago. David and the crew know what they are doing. They have ALWAYS responded promptly and professionally. Our online business needs the assurance that no matter what comes up we will be up and running. Webcitz has proven again and again they have our back. We look forward to meeting them in person, to thank them. We made a mistake that caused an issue on a Sunday morning at 9 am. By 9:20 they had us up and running at full speed again. Class act.

This company is just a thrill to work with. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help even with the smallest items. They are always very accommodating when you stop by to look at the magnificent fish tank and will greet you with with a warm cappuccino.
