By far, the smoothest, easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience I ever had!I live in NJ (6 hour drive away) and called about a 2012 Avalanche LTZ I found during an online search. I called and spoke to Michael, the Sales Manager, who thoroughly reviewed the CarFax with me, negotiated a very fair price, and promised me to hold the truck until I got there to check it out. He handed me over to Samantha in Sales, and Sam helped me with every follow up question I had, took and emailed me more photo’s, and together, we basically closed the deal over the next day.My son and I flew up to Rochester from Newark EWR, and Sam met us at the airport when we arrived. We found that the truck was fully detailed and serviced, and within one hour we were in the Avalanche and headed back to NJ! Excellent experience, great truck at a better-than-fair price, and fantastic, professional people at this dealership! I highly recommend buying from them, and won’t hesitate to do it again!

My husband was searching for him a car. We worked with the sales lady Sam, she was awesome. She worked with the manager, inventory and finance to help fine my hubby a vehicle. We would show up everytime she ould have a car in mind for us. Everyone was very kind, always willing to help and friendly. Terrible experience brought my 2017 Chevy Colorado truck in for a torque converter twice and both times was promised a loaner vehicle i could tow with both times there was none It did nothing but waste my time I'm sure thiswill be the last truck or vehicle i buy from Bob Johnson and i bought three from them in last 3 years overz$ 90000.00

I told her what features I was looking for in a vehicle and made it her mission to find it for me. She is so sweet, smart and made it a mission to please me as a customer. Every question I asked, she answered back very positively and honest. I definitely would personally recommend her. I personally want to thank Samm Baldwin, my Sales Representative and Sharon in the Financing Department. Without these two knowledgeable and patient people this deal would have never transpired as it did - Totally Smooth. I live in Buffalo, New York and completed the whole transaction over the Internet in less than 2 days. Samm knew exactly what I wanted, and knew I wasn't going to settle for anything less. She found it. Sharon in the Finance Department also had a big part in making this happen for me. Down to finding an honest and reputable Insurance Agent here in Buffalo for me. They even delivered it right to my door! And People thought I was crazy making this type of purchase sight unseen. Thanks to the knowledge and integrity of these two women, I'm happy to say that I would do it again in a heartbeat.
