Opening times seem to be just guidelines. Closed at 4:00PM is what sign says. Showed up twice (Friday and Saturday) at 3:50 to find everything locked up. Please change your sign or just stay open till times as posted on your door, website AND google maps. Curious if I did anything wrong because all reviews seem to be good. Hopefully I’ll be one of their happy customers in the future.

My sister and I went to Bear Canyon Mail Depot. We needed to mail a lot of Fragile items that belonged to our dad who had just passed. I just want to say that they did a remarkable job packing all the items. They arrived at our home in Colorado in great shape. I also want to say they understood our needs and were empathetic to us just losing our father unexpectedly. I want to say thank you to Bill, Joanie, Michelle, Grace, Carrie, and Debra. You were all wonderful.
