Feedback:

We engaged Skyway Media to build our new site near the start of the year. This was after walking away from a large, well known Detroit-based company that wanted to charge us Fortune 100 prices for what we thought was slow and inattentive work. We had become interested in Skyway because of the prowess of their President, Jeremy, in local SEO. But when they learned we were shopping for a new website developer, Skyway convinced us they could deliver a quality website too. What a great value and experience we got from them building our website!Throughout the process, Skyway demonstrated a genuine desire to help us create the website we were looking for. They helped us find practical functionality options that fit our needs and budget, rather than selling us more than we needed. And they were fast. Kailyn gave us several nice design options to choose from, and would have offered us more elaborate designs had we wanted them, but we didn't for our niche. Then during the project they were very responsive with communication. What we loved most was the "can do" attitude and fairness Skyway brought to our project. You just don't find that much any more. We saw this positive can-do "company culture" tested just before and after our website went live. That's because our "Get a Quote" feature has some fairly extensive "conditional logic" that allows us to channel lead-forms to the appropriate reps across the 10 States we compete in, for various product lines. When it got sticky (and no doubt frustrating), there was no hint of complaining or frustration, or trying to talk us into accepting a lesser option. They did what they committed to do and got it working in a couple days without asking for more money or sounding like we were kind of at fault for wanting something that was perhaps more involved than they realized when they took on the job. If you can believe it, they actually still seemed genuinely happy and cheerful to be helping us while having to do all kinds of tedious tests to find where the bugs were and resolve them. How refreshing!If you want a dynamic company that loves new challenges, and which embodies the work ethic that American businesses used to be famous for, go with Skyway. You won't be disappointed.
