Client Review on Webspec Design

Feedback:

They did a great job on the site they built for us. Although when I have any questions for our rep there, it takes 3 days at the quickest for us to hear back. I have to set reminders to follow up (which shouldn't have to be done for a paying customer). My recent request has gone a week un-responded to. I just FWD the same email. I don't know if its the contact we have there or what. (these reviews all seem very good) A bit frustrating.Happened again 7/2/18 put in a request, today 7/23/18 still hasn't been resolved(or looked at). And now our E-commerce site wont check out.
