I had also worst experience with this company in my professional life. Whatever latest review are correct.By giving answer of post-show that nobody is joining in Webvirtues and now everybody knows about you. As you work opposite to your name (Hire fire).Please don’t join this company. Now you have 20 to 25 employees (5 is hire/fire). You have fired new as well as old employees also. I know that what happened with Rishi Verma. You have maintained false review at glassdoor. I had tried several times to put my review at glassdoor but it not coming. All the latest review is given by suffered ex-employee.Have anybody seen answer for google review by company.In my opinion the company is like Double-barreled shotgun int which Chetan is trigger and barrel are twin owner.

3rd class company. No personal life after join this company. They can fire you any time. Before join ask for list of candidate fired in last 1 year. Lots of false commitment by HR. Main problem skills less management and Tharki type HR.

I had worst experience in my professional life in this company. I joined few months back as they required Hybris engineer, i was selected and told main HR Mr. Chetan that since i don't have prior exp. in Hybris so do they have some training program for the same, he promised me that they would provide professional training to me before assigning work, but to my utter surprise nothing such happened. In-fact i was right away assigned work in three days time and when i raised this point with Mr. Chetan, he discarded that he made any such promise in-fact he took a higher ground and gave lecture that i should learn on my own from internet, he gave unacceptable offer of signing a bond of 2 years if i needed training from them :(, he thought learning new technology and system like Hybris is piece of cakewalk.But since i wasn't left with any other option, i started burning midnight oil and within 15 days i got a feel of the system, i had to sacrifice my personal and family life for these 15 days as i was slogging 18 hrs of study in front of computer in office and at home, but i made this choice since it was one time effort and would provide a good growth for my career.I successfully completed my tasks and within two months i was one of the most sought after developer in my team and among my peers.But then out of the blue, Mr. Chetan dropped another bombshell. He told me that they would be releasing me since i did not have any prior exp., i said they knew this before hiring me and now i am one of your best developer, even my seniors vouched for the same and he can see my past 2 months work and projects fixes i delivered. But he didn't seem interested and said company has taken a call on this. I went back to my seniors, they supported me and even contacted Mr. Atin, founder of the company, but all in vain. Later i found that Mr. Chetan wanted one of his relative in my place and he was the one who was replacing me.Realising nothing is left, i accepted this decision. But to my surprise Mr. Chetan told me they would be releasing me in 7 day notice period, i was shell shocked, company has a 3 month period notice and how come they could release me in 7 days, i argued with Mr. Chetan over this, but he wasn't listening, in-fact he threatened me that he will demolish my career if i don't agree to this and won't release my documents. By the way, did i forget to tell you that they keep all your documents at time of your joining, i had to come 5-6 times after leaving the company to get them back, every time i came Mr. Chetan was late or was leaving. It was only after i contacted my seniors that they arranged the documents. Mr. Chetan comes at around 2-3 pm and leaves at sharp 5:30-6:00 pm. We all used to discuss that it appears he is the owner of the company and not hard working people like Mr. Atin Sir, who come early and leave late. Also, we failed to understand why Mr. Atin Sir never do anything about Mr. Chetan's autocratic and unprofessional behaviour, which is hampering the company. He had fired lot of resources in front of me, anyone disagreeing with him or suggesting something to him, gets fired from company. Hell, one guy was even fired for the reason that he opened news site in office, he used to always take stand against Mr. Chetan.I didn't post review before because all reviews of the company were positive here, as Mr. Chetan sits with relieving resources and make them write review in front of him before giving experience letter so all write positive thing, hell he even gives text what to write here. But some honest reviews posted in past have brought true picture of the company and i couldn't stop myself in revealing the truth. I hope it can save someone else's career.Please only join this company if you are bored in your happy life, want to screw your professional career, want to see how Hitler could look like in modern time in form of Mr. Chetan and want to exp. how depressed work env looks like under the able leadership of Mr. Chetan, HR head (Unofficial Owner).
