Feedback:

The store itself seems alright, but my experience with their repairs service was pretty terrible. After 2 weeks waiting for my laptop to be fixed, I was informed that they'd fixed 1 issue and only just noticed another one (one which I had explicitly reported to them when I dropped it off), and that they would need to order parts to fix it (taking another week). Fed up that it had already taken so long, I said no and picked it up as it was, and within 3 days the issue that they "fixed" returned. Poor quality of work/diagnostics on repairs.
