My first year advertising with WeddingWire could not have gone any better! The staff at WW have been extremely warm and inviting with any questions or suggestions they have about storefront changes and general business advice. This guidance has lead me to booking multiple weddings through the website, which gives me peace of mind that I've more than made my return investment. Brett in sales was extremely efficient in answering any questions and concerns I had before making the leap, and Samantha has been nothing short of incredible with customer success inquiries. Trust your business with WeddingWire- you'll be glad you did!

WeddingWire has been an amazing company to work with and I have only been using them for a little over half a year. My photography business has doubled in the number of weddings from last year and the year isn't even over yet! I can't wait to see how many more weddings I get with the help of WeddingWire next year. Wedding Wire is a horribly run business with only dollar signs in mind. There vendor contract is designed to extract as much money from you as possible over the longest time possible. Any minor change to your account results in an additional 1-year contract extension that is impossible to get out of. Customer service is appalling and their near monopoly in this business grants them the authority to choose for you which of your customers they allow to post, throwing out good reviews and inviting bad. On your vendor page you will be constantly fighting their ads for more of your business. This industry is in desperate need of competition.

Sean and the team with WeddingWire have been SO incredibly kind and helpful. You get a very genuine experience with this company. They treat you right and help you get the leads your business needs. WeddingWire is officially a top priority lead generator for my business and should be a go to for wedding clients looking for vendors! This is a GREAT option for bridal businesses to platform with. It's affordable, easy to use and the team really keeps you updated and checks in. I have never once felt pressured to upgrade or spend more money. When I've asked for tips on how to get more traffic they have given me genuine insight with no hidden motive to get me to buy something. WeddingWire will always be a part of my business and I am so happy I made the decision to go with them!

HUGE WAIST OF MONEY! My year of advertising with WW is almost up (thank God). I haven't booked a SINGLE wedding and only received maybe 6 leads. Most of which were odd, and never even seemed real. My rep: -- Danielle SolomonCustomer Success Manager checked in with me here and there and asked how things are going. When I tell her it's not going well, they say YOU need to get more reviews, or re-do your store front. Her emails are very matter of fact: like well you did have leads did you follow up? Uhhhh of course I follow up. I get a lead, I respond asap. I follow up a few days later. I follow up again 10 days later. I call/ I email/ I text. I GET NOTHING!!! ---- I have been told by other VENDORS the leads are FAKE ......Idk... I have no idea. But it does seem very odd. I was told IF I DO NOT GET A WW BOOKING WITH IN 6 MONTHS I CAN END THE CONTRACT. Well...that did not happen. Sure we asked...but of course there is always a very technical excuse. SCAM -SCAM -SCAM - Don't waist your time and money with Wedding Wire. I have a small photography business and I am paying about $120 per month for wedding wire. I am in my 7 month with them and have NEVER received a booking. I have 5 months to go..ugh...You would think they would do the right thing and simply let me out of my contract because CLEARLY I AM A VERY UNHAPPY, UNSATISFIED CLIENT.......nope...I am the majority of their clients-this is how they make money-shameful!!!! absolutely no integrity whatsoever. I'd be embarrassed and disgusted to work for such a company as Wedding Wire. - You will get a MUCH BETTER return with Yelp and Facebook advertising. and spend far less. I use FB & YELP (free) and get about one wedding per month at over $1k and I am very pleased. I should of never done WW. So very disappointed. Hey Wedding wire...don't bother replying with your generic email about contact us at support and let us help you...BEEN THERE DONE THAT.....you guys are a joke. The laughing stock of the wedding industry.

wedding wire has definitely helped me increase sales and productivity when working with brides and in the industry. It has helped me turn around my current country club to be more in the fore front of brides and they're trends. I am planning on renewing my contract with them as i believe it is essential to my job and country club.

WeddingWire is phenomenal. There are a few vendors on here that apparently are unable to make it work for their own business and I would assume it has something to do with how they handle potential clients, whether they believe it or not. I pay for a Featured listing for a few hundred dollars a month and it has more than paid for itself within just the first couple months. I have not even finished my first year with them yet, but I love the couples I work with from WeddingWire.WeddingWire also has amazing webinar trainings that help with sales, marketing, and more. To go along with this, they also have WeddingWire World, which is an awesome educational conference that they host every year. You should definitely give WeddingWire a try, if you are looking to work with great wedding couples. Thank you to WeddingWire and the entire team for their help with trainings and more!
