Van SEO-optimalisatie was geen sprake, website was slechts voor 80% vertaalt in het NL, score van 0/100(!) bij Google Pagespeed, niet volledig responsive, ….Ik raadde de klant dan ook aan om de nodige aanpassingen aan te vragen bij Well Communications maar deze konden enkel meedelen dat de website werd opgeleverd en aanpassingen betalend zouden zijn.Bovenop de afgesproken factuur kreeg de klant nog een factuur van +€550 om de website te koppelen met Mollie. Als uw personeel hiervoor een dag werk nodig heeft bent u ver van huis. Daarbovenop werd nog een jaarlijkse factuur ontvangen voor een MySQL licentie (€120) die gratis is.Natuurlijk zal niet alles vooraf afgesproken zijn met de klant maar het is volgens mij nog altijd de bedoeling in ons beroep om de klant zo goed mogelijk te begeleiden.
