My experience with red river was amazing! I learned a lot. They gave me the tools I needed to get my health back on track and maintain it after the program was over. I’ve recommended this program to several people because I believe in what it can do. In full disclosure to anyone looking into it, you have to be dedicated to the program, even when the program is over. If you are not willing to give 100% dedication to your health, it may not be worth it for you to do. It is a lot of change, but it is completely worth it. Both Dr Sadler and Dr Anderson are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. It was so refreshing to finally get answers to my health concerns as opposed to a family practitioner who told me nothing was wrong for years. The office staff is also amazing!
