It's a USDA meat market for butchering and buying. I Love them. Great meat, packaging, and super nice. My sheep are treated humanely and processed neat and clean.Only complaint- They won't give back my beautiful white lamb hides. They told me, it's against USDA regulations. I consider that a huge waste. I get, it's not their fault and they were very nice, explaining it to me. It's a subject, that I would like to make, an issue.
