As an orthodontist, I was very disappointed in the entire process-communication, products, etc. I had to pursue them to determine if we owed them anything, and then found out that we were "past due" by 60 days-but we were never contacted. Mistakes were made on both sides, but as a busy practice owner, I was hoping for them to communicate better. I've never posted a negative review, but I think it's important to share my experience.
