I'm seeing the last review coming from a small business. I can guarantee I'm a "smaller" business than said review and a smaller business than you who is reading this. Yet I have got nothing but AMAZING attention from support from Whiplash, and the service has done what it should. The 5 star rating is completely linked to Johna from support helpfulness. 100%. There are steps that could be explained in an easier way to complete newbies like myself, but Johna has been there from every step of the way helping out, at no point did I ever feel as if she was upset as my countless newbie questions. I have already recommended this service as well as VGKids (aka Sophia who has too been great) to a friend who has 200k subscribers and will happily continue to do so to any of the youtube fitness people I know.If you are reading this and are unsure about whether or not to get this service, I humbly recommend you to go ahead. These are real people bigly helping out real people like you and me through what once set up is automatic seamless process that lets you focus on what you do best.
