They filed a bogus, sham lawsuit against me, failed to file it properly. Patrick McClain is an employee and not an owner, therefore, he filed sham papers with the court. He isn't authorized to issues a summons or process. Their process server is out of control and made a huge scene and had to have the Sheriff's office called on her several times and was threatened with arrest. I'm also suing the process server. Whistler isn't exactly a company you want to do business with. I'm not counter suing them, which I'll win on because they screwed up so bad. I'm looking forward to deposing Patrick, Sharon, Shawn, Merinda and the others. We have laws we must follow and Patrick can't do what he did. See you guys in court and quit trying to play Attorney's cause it just cost you at least a half million or more. I look forward to making sure you understand the laws in our State and holding Whistler Accountable through our court system. Shawn, how much money do you think we can burn through?

Dishonest and terrible to do business with. They will lie to you to get you to do business with them, then they won't deliver what they promise. I'm currently having to sue them to make right their wrongs. They sent a process server to one of my rental homes, assaulted my renter, they had to call the police and now the police are looking for this old woman from Buckner process service to arrest her. Breaking into a home and assaulting someone in their home is not okay period. Shawn Whistler is a fraud!
