The first month of service went great, the second not so much. Ben & his team were hard to communicate with. Asking questions about what they do behind the scenes is a big no-no. As someone who has hired a web designer before, this process baffled me. Most designers are open about hosting, admin accounts & the like. White Fox was not. I like open & honest communication with a designer. White Fox likes to blow a lot of smoke. The design I was given was template based and mediocre. The same kind of website a non-designer can make on SquareSpace or WIX.I hired a professional so I wouldn't have to use WIX. That's what I'm doing now thanks to the horrible service offered by White Fox Studios.My advice is to shop around, ask a lot of questions and get to know your web designer before handing them money.
