Client Review on White Light Photography & Video

We have had the worst experience having White Light as our videographers for our wedding. The owner Andrew is very unprofessional, lacks in communication, and also very nasty to us. Not only was Andrew difficult to work with but the wedding video he gave us was filled with ridiculous, inexperienced errors and was mediocre at best. We had to re edit a lot of the work they sent us ourselves. We are beyond disappointed with White Light and would never hire or recommend them to anyone ever again. We spent thousands of dollars upfront thinking that their high cost must mean we will get a decent quality work, we ended up being very wrong, we truly wish we ended up going with any of the other options during our research. Bottom line is when you sit with him for the first time he will show you examples and promise you the world but when it comes to delivering he knows he's got you and there is nothing you can do about it.
