Steve Wilson invited me to tour "White Mountain IT Service's" offices, meet some of their 36+ great staff and review all the different high tech IT services which I found out they provide to numerous small, medium & large businesses plus many town and city governments. Steve is the Owner and gave me the guided tour personally. He is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, likable, super guy. Over the years I've founded & built 5 different highly successful businesses and now will be telling all my Business Associates to call Steve directly about switching to White Mtn for parts or all of their IT needs. And based on what I saw and learned during the 2+ hours, I would highly recommend White Mtn to possible new Clients who are looking for IT solutions from a company who knows what they are doing, always delivers on time & puts Customer Service as it's highest priority. Jesse was amazing and I cannot say enough good things about his service. He was prompt, knowledgeable, respectful of my space and most importantly he fixed my issues (in under 15 minutes!!). He also made sure to have me check that everything was in working order before leaving. Very pleased, thanks again Jesse!

I started a new retail business to compliment our existing company and was introduced to Pete and the company he represents. We have a new building. We needed a technology company to install a new phone system with multiple lines, and create an internal network for our computers. He analyzed our existing applications and system tools to make recommendations on how to improve our workflow and productivity. Pete brought energy, and enthusiasm to the project! My experience with White Mountain IT Services has been excellent. In the past we have experienced problems with networking, server up time, phone issues etc....typical problems for many small businesses. Each and every time White Mountain has been able to fix the problem and many times has recommended a better solution moving forward. Now, a lot of our IT headaches no longer exits and that allows to concentrate on growing our business. They are a solid vendor for us.
