Have worked with White Rabbit twice, and was very disappointed with the quality. First instance, the prints ranged up to 1/5 a centimeter off, and second instance they not only failed to mention a huge pixilated logo, but also printed on the wrong paper, trying to pass it off as cardstock. And they were either dismissive of these things I mentioned, or tried to make excuses. Needless to say, I will not be going back to them.

I've ordered at least 5 times from White Rabbit and cannot recommend their work enough. We've ordered birthday invitations, birth announcements, wedding invitation suites, and more. They never to fail to work their absolute hardest to make sure everything is exactly as (or better than!) expected. Prices are better than even the big box competitors, and service is unmatched. We choose White Rabbit everytime!

Custom poster came out much better than I expected. White Rabbit somehow made my low-rez source file (which was all I had) look good. It's framed up on our wall now! Staff were also very nice, both in email and person. Extremely reasonable prices.

I've never had trouble with black and white prints. It certainly helps to email the document ahead if time or bring it in on USB.

Far less expensive than FedEx, and better quality. Stopped by there because I happened to be close when I need some copies, and this is now my new place for copies! Friendly service and about $20 cheaper than FedEx for the same type of print job. I will be returning!

I just picked up the postcards I ordered from White Rabbit and they turned out perfect! They were ready to be picked up within just a few days of sending in the order.
