Excellent results from their work on my PPC over the past 5 months.
Overall Feedback:
Are we working with the same WSM here? I've been with these guys for the past 5 months and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They laid out the strategy for my business after several in-depth conversations about my goals and I've seen real growth since then. Never had a problem reaching my acct manager or sales rep if need be. I will say this - they're a pretty large agency and I think they have something like several hundred active clients and a ton of account managers. Perhaps the poor performance may have had to do with other factors or the manager assigned. Whatever the case may be, I've seen steady impressive growth on e-commerce and would highly recommend WSM as a candidate for other businesses to look at.
