Overall Feedback:

While things started smoothly with White Sunrise, and we were very pleased with communication and quality of service by Brent and Adam--everything went south when Adam was pulled off our project (for I guess other opportunities for their company) and our project was put in the hands of Brad Logan.Development came to a standstill, QA was non-existent, and Brad was unresponsive. An initial target launch date of Late November, became early March, and then of course, our website crashes on our first big sale a month later. In spite of multiple quality and performance guarantees from Adam and team, the site couldn't handle more than 20-30 users at a time!!After voicing our frustration about the site failing during busier loads and voicing our frustrations in working with Brad (who had become unresponsive, unless we went to his superiors), and in spite of paying every bill on time and paying more than we originally agreed to...we were informed that we could no longer be a client of White Sunrise. Now, a year later, we have gone through 3 developers, all of whom say that the magento code has been hacked up by White Sunrise, so we can't even upgrade to the latest version of Magento, which has caused multiple problems, one example-- with paypal confirmation screens (a known magento error that is resolved by a simple update of the platform)...Our website still crashes when we hold any major sale, and we believe we have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential sales.Because White Sunrise is the only one with knowledge on how they hacked the code to get certain things to work...it has been a nightmare to find someone to clean up the mess that we were left with...AVOID WHITE SUNRISE unless you receive guarantees that Brent and Adam will be the exclusive managers of your project, and even then, be wary that other opportunities may come to White Sunrise that will turn your project into an afterthought.
