Justin O'Brien and Whitespider were recommended to me by a colleague. I had previously contacted other Web Designers and found that they talked a language I didn't understand and didn't really listen to what I wanted. On first meeting Justin I knew that he was listening and understanding exactly what I wanted for our website and talking to me in plain English as he knew my knowledge in this area was quite limited - I decided there and then that I wanted to work with his company and I was proven right. Over the course of a few weeks, and with great communication lines open, the job was done and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Justin assisted me in every way possible and made the job very easy and enjoyable, and I picked up a few tips along the way which is always good. Personally I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Justin and Whitespider to anybody requiring website experts and have already recommended him to one of our customers looking to update their website in the near future.
