Feedback:

Bought a DJI Osmo Pocket from them via Amazon. Returned it due to it being defective. Tried calling them but no one answers. Tried ALL DEPARTMENTS and their voicemails are either not set up or are full. They never called me back. Keep playing email tag with these guys and they keep telling me they're still researching per Misty. I dont know how long it takes to research that something is broken but this is my last time I'm going to shop with them as soon as I get my refund.

Go to Walgreens, and save $20 on a 8x10 photo. They wanted $24, Walgreens was $3.99. They said it will take 8 hours, Walgreens did it in a minute.

Used to go here years ago for photo equipment. Service was always non friendly to the armature photographer. Guess I had too many questions. Moved my business elsewhere and probably spend $20,000 over the last 15 years. Decided to try again with drone questions and equipment. Guess what ? Same old story. They don’t like to be bothered with questions. And there website shows allThis drone stuff, and they don’t even carry any of it. Waste of time. There loss ! I just bought about 5 new drones for our business and spent a ton of money elsewhere. Where they had no trouble answering my questions. Don’t bother with this place ! That’s my opinion from my own experience.

I brought my College graduation picture (8x10) to Wholesale Photo to have it photoshopped, as there was a person in the background that I wanted removed. They were able to take the photo and edit it, and the next day it was ready! My picture looks SO much better! Thank you Wholesale Photo!

Just called customer service. After waiting on hold for who knows how long, Eddie Sitt finally answers the phone. While on the phone I had to listen to him suck the snot up his nose the entire time, except when he put me back on hold, which was substantial. To top it all off, he wouldn't answer my questions, said my only option was to email my questions to them and wait for a reply.----------Update; May 2018----------I notice someone responded to my review. Thanks for the response, but I already bought my Mavic Pro Platinum bundle ($1399-) from "Beach Camera". I was not convinced "Wholesale Photo" customer service was going to be reliable, too risky on such a large purchase.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. They must aim to run their store to the ground. Every time I or my husband venture in, we’re treated dismissively. They never can help with any questions related to cameras, film or photography. Very typical of this part of NJ. Arrogant and unprofessional. Also, chauvinistic and condescending. Do go elsewhere.

i bought a nikon lens from this store online, they send me a grey market lens ...i did returned my lens they did received Wednesday but 5 days later the store has not initiated a refund process, poor communication poor costumer service.... good way to loose future clients
