Widely Interactive built a new e-commerce website for us in June 2019. Since the website launched, our sales have skyrocketed. Finally, after being in business for 35+ years, we have a website that looks professional, is faster than the industry average, and has been thoughtfully designed so that the navigation process is easy for the customer.Like many small businesses, our business is complex. We have an active blog, we have a weekly newsletter we send out via email, we sell and ship products globally, we accept credit cards and PayPal, we offer video recordings and eBooks that our clients need to access from their individual account login, and we offer over a dozen subscription reports which need to be downloaded directly by our clients from the website. Our former website was out of date and a constant point of pain for our existing customers. We had been working with another company for nine months on rebuilding our website, but the product they delivered could not meet the needs of our complex business model. It was a disappointing and expensive experience. That is what ultimately led us to Widely Interactive.We had numerous phone meetings, video meetings, and in person meetings to strategize what our website needed to accomplish. We had check point meetings along the way where I could see and test the current model of the website. Being able to test the site and talk directly to the web developers made our website launch a success. They delivered our website on time and always answer my calls and emails when I have questions.

Let me just start by saying, Widely Interactive has been instrumental in helping my business achieve it's mobile application goals.Before I had found Widely Interactive I had researched and interviewed several mobile application companies and out of them I felt most comfortable with J and Ryan. As with most firms we interviewed it seemed that others took their development overseas or out of the USA, not these guys! J and Ryan are who you work with all the way from conception to deployment, and that was important to us. These guys not only bring value but experience to help us from making critical mistakes when building a mobile app to take to the public on a national level. They designed a easy to use CRM that talks to our App in real time, with immediate content updates as we build our database, it's totally mind blowing! It didn't take long for these brothers to understand our business model and our concepts. Once we had a plan J was very quick to start working on our project, he met our budget, time frame, and gave us a solid mobile design and a detailed CRM to make GoMechanic successful. Ryan and I worked closely together to create the eye catching logo and app icon, it's stunning. Now GoMechanic is live on Google Play & Apple iTunes and my business is rolling. I hired Widely Interactive to design our website for CCS Architecture, an Architecture & Interior Design firm in San Francisco and New York. Ryan and J had to work with a somewhat "difficult" team here at CCS, being designers ourselves, we have very specific requests and ideas about how we want our work portrayed. Their team was extremely easy to work with, took all of our requests into consideration while expressing best practices, and worked very quickly to get our site up and running. Once the site was up, they were (and still are) great with follow up and were quick to fix any bugs or items that we felt could work better once it was live.Not only did we get a fantastic website showcasing our work, we now have beautiful variations for mobile devices and tablets, which was one of our biggest challenges and is a must in today's market. As a side note, I enjoyed working with Widely Interactive so much, I later hired them to redesign my own personal website for my art business. I highly recommend them!
