I went from totally frustrated to totally happy in 2.5 seconds! Josh had me up and running in no time. He got rid of viruses that I had no idea I even had. I spent less than half the time with him than I did with Dell customer support. I know it's because he took the time to listen and was patient (VERY, as I'm not the most computer literate human on the face of the earth) and went out of the way to explain things to me. I won't go anywhere else for tech support. Thanks again Josh!

I had an older laptop with a cracked screen that also ended up cracking the case. I called Williams PC hoping to get it fixed quickly and within a certain budget. Josh was able to turn around the repaired laptop in just a few days...would've been quicker if the parts store had sent the correct screen the first time. Also came under budget. Would highly recommend his service.

Josh is awesome. I had been working on my Aunt's laptop for over half the day. I called Josh and he fixed it in an hour if that. If I need help with anything I call him or text him for help. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my families personal property.
