We love our home and had good service from the sales team and our construction manager. We had a little bit of troubles with the warranty manager who tried to rush and sign off on the work that wasn’t yet completed. The owner, my sales agent and my construction manager were able to quickly resolve this matter to our satisfaction. They were patient with us in the building process and responsive to questions. We are more than pleased with our home. The houses are offered at an affordable price for the market.

I agree totally with the review by Peace Flowers. The entire entire Windsor experience was a circus. The day we arrived to close and complete the purchase on our house with animals in tow and ready to move in NONE of the utilities were connected and lots of people standing around. I even need to wonder how a occupancy permit was issued. The house was not clean inside with paint spots all over the wood floor among other items and the rep was standing there wanting is to do a walk through and sign off on the property. I was livid to say the least. I really wanted to walk away and even give up my 2.5K deposit. But, they have you over a barrel when you show up to move in. As the previous poster said, all they give you is lip service and make excuses. I was not aware that not purchasing a "Custom House" meant shoddy construction with the worst interior finishing I have ever seen in my 66 year life. This post does not even come close to all the problems with this house. You ask for something to be fixed and all you get is some BS like you were born yesterday. After living in the house for 6 months and always finding ANOTHER problem I would advise people looking for a house to run and stay away from Windsor Built Homes.Followup 4/15/19 -The problems continue as now we have to reinforce the floor joists in the crawl space as the creaking and continual popping of the floors and walls anytime you walk through the house are just driving us crazy. Another $7500.- to fix a less than 3 year old house. After that's done we then will need to fix structural cracks in the drywall and caulk quite a bit of the interior. All the houses built on a raised foundation in this development are going to need to do this unless you want to live with it.

Buyers beware! This is not a customer service friendly builder. The builder has absolutely no quality control measures. They have a bad attitude toward customers. Don't believe it? Go knock on the doors of some of their recent customers. You'll get an ear full! President Scott is apathetic. Construction supervisor screams at customers. They take NO PRIDE IN THEIR QUALITY. A busy sales market helps them make a fast buck so they can then move on. To say they are sloppy is an understatement. There are many unhappy homebuyers from this outfit. A bunch of good ol' boys. Look at their shoddy entrances (left with weeds and cheap signage), crappy shortcuts. Go into a purchase with them knowing their favorite words are "no" and "we aren't a custom builder" and "we can't do that" and "too bad." They just DO NOT CARE about their quality or reputation. Go into it with your eyes wide open if you choose to buy from these boys.

Refuses to honor home warranty. Raw sewage in our front yard since we moved in a year and a half ago. 4 water leaks (2 inside that ruined hardwood) and 2 outside, uneven floor boards upstairs, etc etc.
