Had to make alot of sign changes recently for CK's Real Food, hour changes, adding cocktails. Stuff changed. WCA is fast, and does quality work at a fair price. Super easy and fun to work with.

I highly recommend this company. Not only were they friendly, helpful, and professional, but they also went above and beyond to get our vehicle logos installed when we needed them. They had great suggestions on design, and vehicle fleet looks fantastic now. We look forwards to working with Windy City in the future!

Update: Troy from Windy City contacted me saying that they would completely redo the banner with their material at no cost. This is what I call great customer service! Highly recommend. Orignal: Very friendly and professional. BUT! Did not tell me the risks of putting a banner on in the winter. All that was told before the install was that it would work since its an air release vinyl and that it would have to be in the garage overnight. Literally one week later the banner peeled off on the highway. The only solution was to get quoted out another one and pay even more money! Why wasn't I told about the risks before the install? I wouldnt have wasted the $100 on the vinyl and install!

When opening a new business spring of 2012 here in Ketchum (Ketchum Pawn) we used Windy City to help us maneuver our way through the city sign regulations, design of logo, and manufacture and instillation of our exterior signs and interior graphics.They can do a lot more than just signs. The interior wall graphics and window graphics look great. Thanks Windy City!!
