Overall Feedback:

Really disheartened by most recent experience with Wing Eyecare in Newport, KY. Their policies are unforgiving and staff is impersonal. My family has been going to Wing for years, but last week my husband had to miss an appointment because he was called into work last minute. The office wasn't open yet when he called to cancel so he left a message. Today he called back to schedule a new appointment and was notified that he would no longer be able to schedule appoints going forward, instead, he is on a "same day schedule" list that only allows him to call same day to see if the doctor has an opening. Needless to say we're going to look for a new optometrist and recommend you do too.
