We purchased our new home in September of 2017 and we love it. The construction of our home and the finish work was done very well. Of course as like any newly built home there are issues that arise but in this case they have been very few and far between. None of those issues were major and the fixes were simple or the product was deflected which was out of Wolfe's control. Joe Barnett (Warranty Manager) of Wolfe Development, who is awesome, has made sure that all of the issue were taken care of throughly and in a timely manner. I would recommend Wolfe Development to my friends and family. Thanks to all at Wolfe Development for building our beautiful home. My wife and I want to thank Joe especially for being so attentive to us and any issues that may have came up after we purchased our home. He is very personable, caring and he takes pride in Wolfe homes and he makes you feel as if your part of the Wolfe family. (Kelly give him a raise lol) Thanks again from the Huffman's.Ps. Also we thank Jake for doing a great job in helping fix some of the issues that came up.
