Not very helpful. Slow to respond. I really wanted to shop locally, but the whole experience (both by email and in store) left me with the feeling they weren't interested in my business. My biggest issue was with trying to figure out if I had an appropriate file type to do screen printing. I wasn't told what types they could work with, just if they couldn't work with it then "maybe send another file". If I didn't have a file they could work with, I didn't want to waste either their time or mine. After sending my file, it took me following up a couple of times over a couple of days to get an answer. Ultimately, my order could not be delivered in time... though a suggestion of a different, in-stock product at the outset would have helped! My experience in the store was also poor. I went in about half an hour after they opened and was the only customer in the store. As I walked in, I was briefly acknowledged, but the woman went back to work folding t-shirts at the desk and didn't even look up as I walked straight towards her. After an awkward minute of standing there, I just asked my question. Thankfully, I was able to find another supplier that was able to get that whole quote & order process done in less than an hour, was cheaper, and able to guarantee delivery of the order in time.
