I worked with Mark through a mutual client. We chose Mark based on me blind testing my client by showing him multiple websites and features and just seeing what he liked. Client chose Mark's sites every single time.Mark is great to work with in the design and planning phase. He asks really good questions and is really good at considering the brand and target customer when designing the website. I find being the guide to help the client find what they want is just as important as the build itself, and Mark excels here.Performance was FANTASTIC right out of the gate. Bounce Rate dropped from 55% to under 10% overnight. Time on site improved as well. We feel confident now investing more money to driving traffic knowing the website will do its job.I'd recommend Mark for anyone ready to take their website and business to the next level and hope to have an opportunity to work with him again soon.
