Wordcraft International offered us a very professional service from start to finish when we began to talk to them about our website redesign.Wordcraft listened to our requirements and put together a project plan for us to review. We then worked together to put this plan into reality over a stepped period to time so that it integrated well with our day to day business. The website design was forward thinking with the way in which it has linked with our daily stock and customer management system. I can manage all my products directly and make changes to the website as and when I require, rather than sending to a third party and waiting for their response. Our social media feeds have all been linked to the home page so that our customers can be up to date with our activity within our industry.Uploadinig new images and information can be done in realitime, which allows us to be very responsive to changing trends and product information within the marketplace.The service I have received, and I continue to receive, from Wordcraft International whilst we continue to update the website, is excellent. The team are always on the end of the phone and are very responsive to email queries. They explain how to process information and are proactive in assisting to keep the website as current as possible.
