Really disappointed about wow service. I ordered two items on 05 Oct in order to give as bday present on 10 Oct. Once i ordered agent said it can pickup within 2 -3 days. But so far i didnt received any reply. So no ponit of ordering.

Hopeless customer service! I purchased a Mac book air 2018; and all the products are faulty. The Asst. Sales executive is a hopeless person, no customer co-ordination.

One of my worst experiences in buying electronics. I bought an Anker powerbank from them. The product was entirely defective and it was already unboxed. As a replacement they provided a different powerbank with the same issue. The package was still the same one from the first powerbank. Never buy electronic goods from this place.
