Super happy with the crew. 4/5 times when I send an issue in it just comes back done without any fuss. Best: my entire server went offline, and they had everything up and running within 30 mins of me sending the ticket off, so they monitor the que for high priority issues well.Worst: weren't able to help with a server admin ticket, but I guess that's fair seeing as they specialise in wordpress. In their words: 'we're programmers not system admins'.
