Client Review on Gas Company

Feedback:

Spoke with the owner's son, Mark Wright...had previously called twice trying to get my questions answered...I found him rude and condescending! He denied being rude when I said he was...no apology....just kept arguing with me!I have been a customer with Wright's gas for over 7 years and have always found them pleasant and courteous...until Mr. Crankypants answered the phone!If you're told that someone will get back to you on your questions....it is common decency to do so...my third call in 3 weeks!Someone needs to learn some manners and respect!!!
